Thankful for God working in Macedonia

Dear friend and partner, I think when you plant a tree or something, you probably don’t get as much fruit as you want in the first 5 years but in the next 10 you can’t keep up with the fruit. I think that principle applies to spiritual movement building. As you follow a Biblical model and walk in faith as the Spirit of the Lord leads, you can expect the Lord to produce fruit, generally. Amy has written our letter this time reflecting a bit over our 13 years in Macedonia. We have had so many opportunities to participate in God’s work here. God has raised up so many quality and mature Christian leaders on our teams that are taking on so many of the responsibilities we came here to do. Paul says, “I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow.” 1st Cor 3:6 We just want to thank the Lord for causing growth among our staff and thank you for planting and watering with us. Please take 5 minutes to read our letter. I hope you are encouraged and pray. Our teams are specializing, and innovating, and working together, supporting each other, empowering & training volunteers, and trusting the Lord to do great things. Of course there are still needs and challenges. Please pray as the Lord leads. Thankful, Adam Burkey
